Exhibiting with Crouch End Open Studios

Over the weekend of 11-12 May, you are warmly invited to come and take a peek at my new abstract paintings and limited edition prints.

I have furiously tidied my house to make space to display all my new work. You are also welcome to have a mooch around my garden studio, where I create the work.

My house (close to Alexandra Palace) is

Saturday 11 May 12-6pm
Sunday 12 May 12-6pm

I tend to see the world in shapes. Hence my preference for the abstract, allied to the melding of textures and colour. I work in acrylic paint but also dabble with other materials and make limited edition prints.
I have always been drawn to the interplay between industrial materials and nature and love colour.

I have spent inspirational time in the riverside Essex village of Wivenhoe where daily tidal washing of the reedbeds and mudflats provides constantly changing inspiration.

My 'open house' is part of 'Crouch End Open Studioswith a trail of over 50 artists showing their work. There's also a group show at the iconic Hornsey Town Hall N8, subject of a collection of prints I'll also be showing at home.

I have donated this framed limited edition print to the CEOS raffle for our chosen wonderful charity: 'Haringay and Enfield Homeless Respite'.
I will have tickets for £1 on sale.

I look forward to meeting you on 11-12 May.
